- Non refundable deposit of £50 payable to secure booking. Your booking is not secure until a deposit has been paid.
- Full balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure or full amount if less than 6 weeks to departure.
- £50 refundable damages deposit is required (returned when we are happy that the apartment has been left as you find it.)
- The apartment will need to be vacated before 10am and arrival after 4pm unless pre-arranged with us.
